Unity Audio Tutorial project
Beginning audio in Unity. Using my personal 3 ball project to add some audio effects to the game. Just put some ball collision sounds to the cuestick and ball collisions. will need to work on the bumper collisions and rolling sounds as well.
cue stick will fly around after hitting ANYTHING (working on that). REFRESH the browser to start over - haven't added any controls there yet.
Arrows: for left, right, north, south
W/S Keys: w for up, s for down
A/D Keys: a - d keys for tilt
use mouse left and right clicks for rotate. use mouse fwd /back for shooting (careful)
advise just rolling the mouse to hear the effects - aiming is rather flaky.
press space bar to toggle fine-tune / coarse movements
Sound added on load from coin-op table.
2020-09-21
Put move sides on the table. Probably have to rebuild the whole thing, but is looks better now. Need to cover the back of the pockets, put some diamond markers on the rails and maybe a scratch line and dot for racking.
Controls are a vexation - still working through them and the camera.
2020-09-20
Put pool table together with pockets and rails along with return system.
Controls are still not working very well. Using ProBuilder has been helpful.
-2020-09-18 changes
Added gamepad controls.
Right stick: up, down, left, and right - controls step movement like arrow keys
A key: for toggle of fine-tune/coarse adjustments
D-pad: up/down raises or lowers the cue, left right - rotates the cue.
Left trigger: rotates cue upward. Right Trigger rotates it back down.
Left stick: up/down adds / subtracts force in the shooting direction.
- rack 'em up, fish!
