reset button working, shut off menu at start

added a poke button for the reset button. Pressing it resets that ball in the frame.
shut off the menu so that it doesn't look like a video game - just a bowling alley.
toggle menu on with the left controller's menu button.
reset doesn't play well with autoscoring - maybe make autoscoring a premium feature?
