Bug fixes and moved settings menu
Moved the settings menu off the right wall and set it to be directly in front of the user on the left (unused) lane.
The menu is toggled on by the user moving over to the front of the left lane.
It toggles back off when the user moves back to the right (active) lane.
This also activates the gaze interactor.
Did all this to work with the game's overall concept to the controller's being tracked objects so that it feels like you are actually bowling.
Since the controllers are not available for clicks, the gaze interactor helps the user set up the settings.
The zone the toggles the menu off and on is based on player movement (when not using controllers for movement).
Fixed bug with ball view pip not starting correctly.
Fixed bug with scorers table not working on both screens.
